Protocols:

We  pleased to inform you that the South East Nigeria Economic Commission has passed its gestation stage and is about to take off. Looking back, we do not know where to begin to thank all the institutions, the South East Governments and the people who have made enormous contributions to the achievements the SENEC initiative has realized over the past few years. One institution that must be given prominence is the African Institute for Applied Economics (AIAE), which provided the platform for the research study that guided the birth of SENEC. We thank AIAE for the worthy and noble role they played and will continue to play in the re-making of the economy of the South East region of Nigeria. Our Governors and Governments of the South East have been supportive. Our academics, Captains of Industry, Professionals like yourself and Umuigbo both at home and abroad have embraced the concept of SENEC and devoted their professional times and energies to reduce SENEC from a grand idea to practice.
